Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or use FPL Pro at fantasy.premierleague.pro (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and also applies.

1. About the Service

FPL Pro is an unofficial fantasy Premier League planning and analytics website. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Premier League or Fantasy Premier League. “Premier League”, “Fantasy Premier League” and related marks belong to their owners.

2. Information and availability

Ratings, projections, recommendations and other content are provided as-is. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete or up to date. Fantasy outcomes depend on matches, injuries, price changes and other events we do not control.

We may interrupt, change or withdraw parts of the Service for maintenance, updates or other operational reasons. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Your account

You can browse much of the Service without an account. An account is required if you want to save a linked team or keep planning choices.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

To close your account, email privacy@premierleague.pro.

4. Access this season

The Service is free to use this season and is supported by advertising. We may later offer a paid Pro product. If we do, we will publish the extra terms that apply before anyone is charged.

5. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The Service, including design, copy, models, ratings and other original content, is owned by us or our licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial fantasy football planning. You may not copy, scrape, republish or redistribute substantial parts of the Service, or use our data or content to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

You must not misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, overload it, or access it in ways we have not authorised.

6. Advertising

Third-party advertising partners may show ads on the Service. Those ads are not our offers. Clicking an ad takes you to a third party whose terms and privacy practices apply to that destination.

7. Changes, suspension and closure

We may change these terms by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

We may suspend or close accounts, or restrict access, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost Fantasy Premier League points, ranks, prizes or other fantasy outcomes, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to £50.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
